At FlameSticks.com, we take pride in providing high-quality, kiln-dried firewood and kindling products. We want you to love your purchase and have a great experience with us. Please read our return and refund policy below.


1. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are natural and perishable by nature, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, we’ll make it right if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.

If you experience any issues with your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and photos of the product or packaging (if applicable)
  • We’ll review your request and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged or your product appears defective:

  • Please email us within 7 days
  • Include photos showing the damage or defect
  • We will replace the affected items or issue a refund to your original payment method

We may request that you keep the damaged packaging for carrier claims.


3. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To cancel an order, please email us  with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.


4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for firewood or kindling products. If you would like a different item, please place a new order once your refund or replacement has been issued.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and sanitation concerns, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used firewood boxes
  • Custom or bulk orders
  • Clearance or promotional items
